Zan Global Refund Policy

We want you to love your gear! If you’re not satisfied, here’s how we can help:

✅ Returns

We accept returns on unworn, unwashed items with tags still attached. You have 14 days from the delivery date to request a return.

To start a return, email support@zanglobal.com with your order number and reason for return.

⚠️ Non-Returnable Items
• Sale items (final sale)
• Gift cards
• Custom or limited edition items

💵 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

🔁 Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different size or color, please return the item and place a new order.

❗ Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
